What is a snagging list? Snagging Lists are a kind of 'health check' for buildings. The report will list on a room by room basis all the areas that have been looked at and what further action is recommended; including digital photos.

Why do you need a report? There are different rules on snagging and completion throughout Europe, but in Turkey in particular you really must do a snag before completion, once you take handover you are accepting the property is acceptable.
